THE LAKES
SPECIMEN LAKE
From an intense netting program over the winter we have now separated our larger fish from the fishery and stocked them all into our new Specimen Lake. We have also heavily invested into new stock and a feeding program to push this lake into a real contender in the big Carp scene. We are also removing all pegs from the slope side meaning fishing will only be on one side so no one will be opposite you!
CARP LAKE
This lake has now been separated from the ‘narrow end’ and is now its own lake. Stock with Carp, Carp and more Carp. Again any old/damaged fish have been removed and the lake now contains a very healthy stock of growing fish. The stock numbers have been designed to offer good sport and plenty of fish to anglers who put the work (or bait) in!
PREDATOR LAKE
- Now this one is exciting. This lake is certainly going to make some memories and bring a new realm to the fishery. We have now been granted a Catfish licence from the EA and have stocked cats to an unreal 85lb!! We have also stocked the lake with Pike and Perch to offer the predator experience all year round!
MATCH LAKE
Although the name has stayed the same the stock has undergone a major change. The lake now is more of a traditional style match lake. Any damaged/old fish have been removed and new fish gone in. The lake now boasts some major specimens of all species and now guarantees a mixed bag of fish and still plenty of bites
